No phone, no TV, and a lot of unstructured time. I filled it letting my imagination run wild — drawing, writing, making things. That habit never left.
Sydney, Bangalore, Coorg — three places with almost nothing in common, each one indispensable to who I am. Belonging everywhere, rather than anywhere in particular, is what gives my design its instinct.
Whenever life isn't working out, I still go back to a notebook and a pen. It's less a hobby than a way of staying upright.
